Find our store or start a repair request online, you’ll save time while dropping your item(s) off in-store. all jewelry repairs are done in house, we do not ship your jewelry. Your jewelry is safe with us and under surveillance 24/7
2. Bring your jewelry to Ice Vault
Our jewelry repair team will review your jewelry and if applicable, will determine which repairs are covered by a warranty or Lifetime Protection Plan.
3. Your jewelry is repaired by our expert jewelers

4. Pick up your jewelry
We’ll contact you when your jewelry is ready for pick up. We do most repairs same business day. We guarantee 6 months on all repairs. If any of our work does not meet your expectations, we’ll repair it for free.
